The Youth Empowerment Program helps young people (13-16) develop leadership, teamwork, ICT skills through hands-on project. Participant work with mentors, fostering personal growth, creativity, social responsibility to impact their communities positively.
The role of the young person is to assist in fostering cultural sensitivity and inclusion within the Diverse Youth NI literacy program among the young people. There are other key responsibilities are indicated in the job information document.
