
Shopmobility provide mobility scooters and wheelchairs to anyone with reduced mobility living in or visiting Enniskillen and Co. Fermanagh.
We are looking for a Charity Administrator to assist the Coordinator in running the office. The post is 12 hours per week £11.44 per Hour (NLW) 6 month contract with possible extension.
You should have experience working in an office environment, and be able to demonstrate proficiency in ICT. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. An interest in, and an understanding of disability and related issues would be an advantage. MAIN DUTIES:
To take responsibility for administrative tasks to include word processing, database maintenance, spreadsheets, general typing and filing. The post holder will be expected to support the coordinator in the management of the office and to assist members availing of the service.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade A-C, including English and Maths
- Proficiency in using ICT
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Some experience working in an office environment
- Good organizational skills.
