Centre Based Youth Worker

Our youth centre is in the heart of Lisburn and draws young people from all around the city. The  successful candidate will manage the centre based provision which delivers a needs led and strengths based curriculum for members. You will be supported by a strong part time staff team and have a significant curriculum budget and resources to utilise.

This is a key position within our organisation and the post holder will need good organisational skills alongside an ability to think strategically in order to facilitate a programme that meets our young peoples’ needs.
