Assistant Youth Worker - Heroes Plus

You will support and assist the youth workers in developing, organising, and delivering tailored programme themes, such as personal development, citizenship, good relations and positive progression, to meet the individual needs and goals of young people in the project delivery area and will work co-operatively with the team to achieve the project targets and deliver the best possible outcomes for participants.

Please note the current programme runs 4 evenings per week Mon - Thur 4.00 - 7.30pm. 2 sessions in Ballymena and 2 sessions in Larne, however this will change in April 2025, when we start year 2.
