ONLINE Information Lecture - A Natural Path to Health for Body and Soul through the Teaching of Bruno Groening

This practical training programme will equip service and project leads with the tools and skills they need to evaluate the impact of their service or intervention in a meaningful way. It is suitable for those who need to understand the basics of evaluation, and those who need to enhance their skills in analysing and reporting data to be able to tell their story. The programme is split into 3 sessions, and you can choose to attend online or in person - you can attend an individual session or all 3 depending on your knowledge and experience.

This 2-hour online training course is designed to assist employers in developing safe, fair, and consistent recruitment practices and better understand what having a conviction means when it comes to employment. It will help them to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, assess risks, dispel myths concerning people with convictions, and enable employers to make informed decisions when deciding whether to employ people with convictions.

Friday 31 May sees the launch of powerful photographic exhibition ‘The Call’ for public viewing.

The Migrant Centre NI's Migrant and Ethnic Minority Peace Builders in Northern Ireland project (funded by the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust) will launch on Tuesday 18 June in Belfast Castle with an event titled 'Colours of Peace: Moving Beyond Orange and Green'. The event will be a mix of talks, workshops and discussions on the theme of diversity in peacebuilding. Colours of Peace is exclusively open to individuals who live in Northern Ireland, are from a migrant and/or ethnic minority community background, and are involved in (paid or voluntary) community development and/or leadership.

Harnessing Hope is a carer skills workshop for anyone supporting a loved one who has had an eating disorder for more than five years. The workshop will cover topics including developing and maintaining hope, the impact of starvation, accommodating & enabling behaviours, and coping with setbacks, amongst others. The workshop will also equip you with skills needed to support your loved one and yourself while you navigate this difficult time. Managing change is now a guaranteed part of any manager’s job. Whether you are managing change at a day to day operational level or implementing it at a strategic level—change needs managed. This master class looks at the theory of managing change and how to put it into practice in such a way to keep volunteers motivated. Using case studies and own examples, participants will start to plan for managing change in their own organisation.
