Action Cancer is a Northern Ireland cancer charity dedicated to saving lives and supporting people through cancer awareness, prevention, detection and support.

The charity aims to “walk alongside” children, young people, young adults and the wider community to help them achieve their potential by providing advice, love & support, providing a programme of recreational, educational, cross-community and citizenship initiatives

Are you experiencing distress, anxiety, or low moods? Do you feel like your life is just coasting along without direction? Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Life can bring many unexpected twists and turns, and navigating them can be challenging. Working with a counsellor provides a safe space to process life’s difficulties, find peace, and develop strategies to move forward with confidence.
