During Covid-19, we've helped organisations like PIPS mental health charity work from home with their main office telephone number re-directed to service advisors mobile phones while working from home. We've been able to apply a rota schedule, so the main contact number diverts only when a particular service advisor is on call, and generally support charities like PIPS in understanding how we can help organisations operate just as efficiently remotely, compared with being in the office.
