Method of 'place then train' in mental health is Individual Placement Support (IPS). What we offer: a personalised individual service; help finding the paid work you want to do; support with your CV, job searches, applications and interviews; approaching employers with you in mind; support managing your health condition to enable you to work; ongoing support once in employment and after, etc.

Any service user that wishes to work and has an employment specialist in their community team can access this service.
