Helping Young People on the Streets

YMCA North Down

Over the past few days we’ve worked with young people on the streets to encourage them to stay at home, provided all-day out-of-school childcare to children of Keyworker parents, served Community Lunch onto High Street, and continued to provide housing, bilingual advocacy and mental health support via phone. We’ve also been working with our partners to finalise plans to support those in our community who are most vulnerable due to lengthy self-isolation.
