We are the UK's Eating Disorder charity.  Our mission is to end the pain and suffering caused by Eating Disorders. 

We provide support in a number of different ways.  We have a dedicated Helpline for Northern Ireland that can be accessed 9am-midnight during the week and 4pm - midnight on weekends and bank holidays.  

We have a one-to-one webchat available to talk to helpline advisors.

There are a range of specialist programmes, featured below for both those suffering with an Eating Disorder (wherever you may be on this journey) and for those who are caring for someone with an Eating Disorder.
