Trinity Support and Care Services

Trinity Support & Care Services provides services for both children and adults with an intellectual/learning disability and autism. The accommodation and supports we provide are bespoke to the needs of each person we work with. The values (Person-centred, Transparent, Empowering, and Understanding) of Trinity Support & Care Services are centred on the person in receipt of a service. We employ a strength-based approach, focused on community involvement and integration. We strive to enable those in receipt of support and care to live an independent life; one that is enriched with new opportunities and new learning. We work in partnership with the person and their representatives; family members, carers, health professionals and those innate to the person’s circle of support.
