Transition Together

Transition is an international movement of communities coming together to reimagine and rebuild our world. Since 2005, thousands of groups have emerged in villages, cities, universities and schools in more 50 countries.

Transition Together is a project to support groups work for community-led change in Wales, England and Northern Ireland, and working with our Scottish partners, Scottish Communities Climate Action Network (SCCAN). We link groups online and in person for peer support, skillshares, training in group organising and unlocking change at community level, provide resources and guides and amplify stories of community-led change. In the past, we distributed small grants to support groups to try new initiatives.
