Staff can easily prepare for meetings by creating agenda items and attaching documents directly to them. All of the agenda information and related documents are available in a single location. MinutePad is fully optimised to also run on the Apple iPad making it a truly mobile application, saving printing costs and allowing meeting attendees to leave their laptops behind.
