Sydenham House, a seven bedroom unit, in East Belfast, began some thirty years ago
in Grampian Avenue. It was opened in direct response to domestic abuse. Our ethos remains the same:
'Helping you to help yourself.' We will provide a safe and nurturing place in which women can take time
to explore their options and make choices.
