Skyzdalimit provides a creative and health enhancing experience for all people however we particularly welcome people with a disability. THe company was constituted in 2011.
Skyzdalimit is a voluntary theatre company/social activities provider based in Omagh, Co Tyrone and presently has a cast of 25 from diverse cultural backgrounds with age range between 18-65. This cross community initiative has been established to meet the needs people with a learning/physical disability, sensory/visual impairment and non-disabled peers and people with a mental mhealth issue. Through the medium of musical theatre we aim to promote emotional and physical integration and personal growth, self-expression and creativity, self-empowerment and independence, communication skills and decreased stigmatisation and social isolation while equipping the participants with dance, singing and acting skills.
