Who we are…

We’re meticulous.

We’re a group of people who take pride in our work. We’ve been learning our trade and developing our skill for over 40 years and we’re meticulous about getting it right.

Since we started in 1971 The Signature Works has become the largest embroiderer and printer in Ireland. We have the capacity to personalise over 40,000 garments per week or just a few items per order, but we treat every one with the same level of care.

Quality is important to us and we’re proud to be ISO9001 accredited. This means we are constantly working to improve the way we do things.

How we do it…

We believe in simplicity.

The process couldn’t be easier. Simply choose your product, provide us with your message or logo and we’ll do the rest. You’ll receive a proof of how the final design will look. The next time you see it, it will be on the finished order. Quick, easy and hassle-free, it’s really that simple!

From an initial chat with our staff to product selection, artwork digitisation and the embroidery and printing process itself we’ll take care of your order from start to finish.

Our promise…

We believe in happiness.

We believe in happiness so much that we guarantee it. Happy customers equal happy us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, what’s more we want you to talk about it; so if you’ve got any questions concerns or issues with your order, let us know.

We want the opportunity to put things right, learn from our mistakes and make things better in the future. We never take our customers for granted and you should expect only the highest level of service from us.

We also love to hear from you when we’re doing well, that makes us really happy!

Our impact…

We care about people.

Our local community means a lot to us and we want our impact to be a positive one. We employ 35 staff (and growing) and we work to create a happy work environment providing on-going training and development. We also help the community by working to actively support a number of local charities and organisations each year.

Our experience in ethical sourcing ensures you can have total confidence in the brands we provide. At The Signature Works we have never purchased from a supplier we haven’t personally approved. We’ve dedicated the last 40 years to sourcing the best clothing we can, both in the UK and overseas. Our clothing is selected to give outstanding performance and long-term durability.

We care about our environment.

We recognise that our business activities affect the natural environment in a number of ways. We strive through continuing improvement to minimise the adverse effects on the environment and the earth’s natural resources, whilst safeguarding the health and safety of our employees.

We purposely seek out suppliers who take positive action to minimise both waste and the impact of the manufacturing processes on the surrounding environment.

Full copies of our ethical and environmental policies are available to view on our website. You can also read more about what we do and our community work on our blog or on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
