North & East Housing Association has been involved in social housing provision for 20 years and currently own/manages over 300 properties in counties Meath, Louth and Dublin. We are committed to the delivery of high quality property and housing management services.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Housing Officer on a 3 month temporary contract (October-December) to join our existing team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year previous experience in a Housing Officer role (essential) with a sound working knowledge of social housing management to include rent/arrears, allocations, voids, repairs & maintenance and general estate and tenancy management.  The post-holder will be self-motivated, demonstrate a high level of ability and confidence when addressing a variety of housing issues and thrive when proactively working with residents, colleagues and partners in the delivery of our services.   

The position will be based within our Meath and Dublin offices with a requirement to travel to other areas as required and therefore, a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential to the role.
