Mid Ulster Wellness Association CIC

Established during the COVID-19 pandemic and incorporated as a CIC in March, our organisation supports the wider Clogher Valley area with health and wellbeing programmes. Our beneficiaries, often from rurally isolated communities, lack access to these opportunities. 

Initially, we supported those living alone and isolated. We then expanded our collaboration with local community groups, including local sports clubs, primary schools, and the early years setting. These initiatives targeted families, single parents, older people, individuals living alone, and those with mobility issues or disabilities.

In all that we have done, our mission has been to improve the lives of Mid Ulster residents by promoting wellness through health, wellbeing, and physical activity programmes. Our programmes advance education and stimulate interest in wellness for the benefit of our rural local community.
