McNamee Consulting was established in September 2010 by Sandra McNamee, with a purpose to: “Provide a range of innovative consultancy solutions, to enable clients, to reach their full potential and to continuously excel in an ever changing climate” The primary purpose of McNamee Consulting is to provide a portfolio of consultancy services and products to a range of clients within the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector across Northern Ireland.

Facilitation of seminars, workshops and community consultation events.

Sandra is committed to providing a high quality consultancy service in the above areas as well as in bespoke tailored projects.  As an Independent Management Consultant, Sandra strives to develop and nurture client relationships and build partnerships.  Sandra works closely with clients to enable them to reach their full potential and to be better placed to manage change and respond to their external environment.   She is committed to meeting client needs through innovation and creativity while delivering maximum impact.
