Counselling can help explore a wide range of issues & I am passionate about offering every client the opportunity to explore any issues you may have. Life can be extremely difficult and stressful and my aim is to work together in a confidential non-judgemental environment and together help process any feelings or issues. I use a person centred approach , A person-centred approach means focusing on the elements of care, support and treatment that matter most to you as the client, I also adopt an integrative approach based on the clients needs, which selects the techniques from different therapeutic theories best suited to the client.

Working in a Person-Centred and Intergrative approach enables me to take your lead by ensuring you encounter a safe, confidential environment where you feel heard, accepted and valued for who you are. I hold the belief that the strength of the relationship between the counsellor and client is one of the most important factors for you to find a happier life.
