Education Matters

We work, directly with statutory, community and voluntary sector organisations:

• To develop and deliver high quality accredited and unaccredited education;
• To carry out training needs analyses;
• To carry out research; and,
• To support organisations in their planning, funding and development.

We believe that education can be used as a tool to build peace; promote critical literacy; build confidence; empower communities to make their own choices and make effective decisions; build leadership; and reduce marginalisation. We use an experiential learning approach in all our training, research and developmental work.
