My name is Denis O'Hara and I have been a professional in the ICT industry for over twenty five years.  For all organisations regardless of whether they are in the private, public or voluntary sectors, find that getting value for money from their ICT systems is a significant challenge. It starts with the appropriate procurement of systems, competent project management and implementation and then effective downstream maintenance and support.  I have assisted organisations to get the best out of their ICT systems and applications, by giving advice on strategy, defining and writing invitation to tenders, shortlisting and selection and the downstream oversight of supplier contracts. I have managed implementations of systems in the private and third sectors and I am a fully qualified Prince2 practitioner. I have a degree in Computer Science from the Queen's University Belfast  and a post graduate diploma in management studies from the University of Ulster. I have also given training to both users of IT and software developers.
