Centred Soul

Centred Soul is a Newry based profit with purpose organisation. We have THE SHOP, THE STUDIO & THE THERAPY ROOMS. We offer services and supports, conventional and alternative, such as counselling, peer led support meetups, yoga, laughter yoga and music therapy, all under one roof. We have a particular passion for supporting those affected by Perinatal Mental Illness, Birth Trauma, Pregnancy and Infant Loss. Our space works on a pay it forward ethos, so we can offer funded and part funded services. What does this mean? If you purchase something in The Shop, book a class or course or a therapy in The Therapy Rooms, this creates profit. This profit is then placed in a 'pay it forward' pot, so that if someone needs support, such as Counselling, peer support, pregnancy support or a wellbeing class, but cannot financially meet the cost, then we use the 'pay it forward' pot to meet that cost.
