We convene our member organisations across Northern Ireland, helping them to develop their responsibility towards their People, the Planet and the Places where they operate.

 
This approach focuses on the way a company manages its business to make profits in a responsible way, having a positive impact on stakeholders, the environment and society.

Our role has evolved over the years in line with changes in society and the issues facing our members, but one thing that has remained constant is our belief that business can be a powerful force for good. We have always encouraged companies to engage individually to address their own business priorities in a responsible way, while at the same time using their skills and resources to benefit society and the environment by working together through collective business action.
