The home provides long term accommodation and 24/7 support in a structured and therapeutic environment. The service provides highly individualised support to each resident. We believe that every interaction has the potential to benefit the resident and our role is to support them to take advantage of every opportunity to make choices and have control over their life. Our staff team will engage in meaningful activities and develop supportive, therapeutic relationships with residents. We constantly challenge ourselves to find new and innovative ways to engage with residents, to maintain their independence and to respond quickly, creatively and effectively to their changing needs.
