Volunteer Shop Assistants

By volunteering in one of our charity shops, you have the chance to feel satisfied in knowing you are making a difference as well as having the opportunity to enhance your skills and improve your CV! We have 20 shops across Ireland with 9 in NI:- Ballynahinch, Bangor, Belfast: Andersonstown Road, Ballyhackamore, Botanic Avenue, Cregagh Road, Dunmurry, Holywood & Lisburn.

We offer volunteering opportunities in the following areas:

Assisting customers and helping with any queries

Operating the till

Supporting the shop team to ensure excellent customer service is being provided

Processing donations/deliveries

Using your creativity to bring flair to merchandising and shop presentation. 

We will provide all the training you need to feel confident in the role. The shop manager will be available to give advice and assist you, as well as other experienced volunteers in the team.
