Causeway Women's Aid
Causeway Women’s Aid, on behalf of all Northern Ireland based Women’s Aid organisations, is seeking to appoint an independent consultant to complete an options paper and corresponding service improvement business plan.
Following the review of the Supporting People Fund and the subsequent changes emanating from the recommendations within it Women’s Aid established a Change Management Group to assess current and future Refuge and Floating Support service delivery. The Change Management Group now require an independent consultant to enable consolidation of work to date, identification of preferred option for future service delivery and supporting business plan completion.
