WOMAD 2014 Outreach Programme

Following on from the very successful WOMAD 2013 Outreach Programme, information is now available on request regarding the 2014 programme.

The World Of Music, Arts & Dance outreach programme consists of workshops leading to large showcase events which take place in Belfast and at other events across Northern Ireland. The programme is open for schools, youth groups & community groups (all ages) to participate.

Beyond Skin is the local partner for WOMAD and works closely with local councils, agencies and funders to coordinate the programme and assist groups to locate resources. An OCN WOMAD accreditation is available where participants (over 15yrs old) can achieve a OCN Level 1 qualification in ‘Understanding Diversity through the World Of Music, Arts & Dance.’

WOMAD now in its 31st year is the most prestigious International Arts Festival held in various countries each year.
