Take part in Walk Ten at Stormont Estate in 2013 and raise money to support the work of Marie Curie Nurses in your area. Join us inBelfastfor a twilight 10k walk.

Join the celebration

The 2012 event was attended by more than 1,700 walkers. Together, the walkers and their supporters, helped raise more than £110,000, funding over 5,500 hours of Marie Curie Nursing.

Walk 10k with friends, family or colleagues in celebration of the Marie Curie Nurses in your local community. Relax afterwards with fellow walkers, enjoying your picnic with live entertainment and stunning performances by Fire Poi artists.

For those walking in memory of a loved one, candle bags will be available on the night for you to write a message of remembrance.

The celebrations will continue with a brilliant firework display at 10pm, in tribute to our Marie Curie Nurses. 10pm marks the time at which many Marie Curie Nurses begin their night shifts, providing care and support to people with terminal illnesses and their families in their own homes and at the Marie Curie Hospice,Belfast.

Fundraising

With your help and support Walk Ten at Stormont Estate will raise money for the care of people with terminal illnesses and provide support for their families. Every £20 you raise will allow Marie Curie to provide another hour of care.
