Welcome to the Institute of Volunteer Leadership, a joint programme presented by Volunteer Ireland and Volunteer Now. Join us for a transformative journey where leaders of volunteers come together to share experiences, knowledge and build a powerful network of leaders of volunteers across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

In this workshop, Ang Cuy will take you through a simple, clear, step-by-step process that will help you build a personal capacity to advocate for your volunteer programme within your organisation. You will learn how to create a shared language, executive buy-in and clear agreements and expectations. Participants will leave the session with a practical understanding of how to build a volunteer 'Strategy on a Page', the tools and templates to do so and more importantly, an insight on how to use it to advocate for your volunteer programme.
