Victims and Survivors - BBC NI seeks participants
BBC NI is working on a documentary relating to 'Victims and Survivors' of the Troubles in Northern Ireland. Currently they want to speak with people who have been affected by violence. This could be through the eyes of the survivor, family or witnesses.
BBC NI would like to show how the memories of violence manifest in everyday life and how they are dealt with.
The resulting documentary will naturally involve a lot of difficult and sensitive issues and although it will be dealing with past traumas, BBC NI will also want to highlight the importance of moving forward and the strength of those that have suffered, providing a space for remembrance and reflection for those involved.
