TOP MARKS FOR SOCIETY FOR RAISING £65,000 FOR TINYLIFE

The President of the Law Society, Arleen Elliott was joined by nephews Edward and Felix and Strictly Legal Winners, Imelda McMillan and Paul Dougan to celebrate £65,000 raised in aid of local charity TinyLife.

It was full marks for the Law Society of Northern Ireland this week following the announcement that it’s 'Strictly Legal' event had raised over £65,000 for local charity TinyLife.

The Society had raised the money through its Strictly Legal dance event which involved eleven couples of solicitors, barristers and staff.

They had committed themselves to a rigorous training regime in preparation of the Grand Finale event at the Europa Hotel in April which was attended by over 600 people.

Commenting the Law Society President, Arleen Elliott said:

“We are very grateful to the hard work of all of the dancers and the attendees of Strictly Legal, who made the event as successful as it was and in doing so raised £65,000 for TinyLife who provide such remarkable support to families with premature babies”
