Tender for the provision of Domiciliary Care Services in the Western Health and Social Care Trust area.  It is intended that the Service will be split into 9 Lots with 3 Contracts in each Lot – see below:

Lot 1 – Cityside / Shantallow

Lot 2 – Waterside

Lot 3 – Limavady

Lot 4 – Lisnaskea

Lot 5 – Irvinestown

Lot 6 – Enniskillen

Lot 7 – Omagh

Lot 8 – Castlederg

Lot 9 – Strabane
