Take Stormont in your stride for NSPCC

Runners are being encouraged to limber up for this year’s Runher, and pound the pavements for £s, in aid of NSPCC Northern Ireland.

Taking place at Stormont Estate on Sunday, 6 October, the all female event will see running enthusiasts and novices alike take up the challenge in support of their nominated charity.

There are lots of options - 5k walk, 5k and 10k runs and the RunHer Dash for Kids. Whichever event you choose, make sure it counts for NSPCC services in Northern Ireland.

Conor Toland from the children’s charity said that it’s an “easy way to make a big difference”: “There’s an event for everyone, so lace up your trainers and get fundraising. Every pound raised will go towards supporting our dedicated services in Northern Ireland, which help families who need support, children who have suffered abuse, and a raft of other preventative programmes.”
