AWARDS SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIAL

In this Special Ezine Edition we are looking for SOCIAL ENTERPRISES to help "SUPPLY US" with a range of Products and Services for the Social Enteprise NI Awards Ceremony.

From our inception we have made a Commitment to use Social Enterprises as far as possible in our SUPPLY CHAINand hope that you will take an interest in submitting a quote to us.

The Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday 23 October in Hilton Hotel, Belfast.

BESPOKE AWARD TROPHIES

7 Bespoke Awards with the Social Enterprise NI Logo integrated into the design.  

We are open to the material used e.g Ceramic, Recycled Material, Wood etc. but they need to be professional looking and robust.

Example designs and costs to be submitted by 31 July 2014

TABLE FAVOURS

We need circa 150 individuals Table Favours.  

Do you make small treats, place cards or nik naks? Inspire us!

Please submit an expression of interest with a photo or sample and quotation by 31 July 2014

FILM MAKER AND EDITOR

We want to capture the Awards Ceremony on film for those that cannot attend.  Are you a Social Enterprise? Can you make high quality films?

Submit a quotation for a 3 minute film with editing and a sample of your previous work by 31 July 2014

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT

After the Awards and dinner is complete we intend to have some music and dancing.  Do you provide music and entertainmnet?

Send us a music recording and/or DVD along with a quote including full pa system and submit by 31 July 2014

TABLE ARRANGEMENTS

Do you have something quirky and different that would make a unique centre piece for the tables?

Submit a picture or a sample and quotation by 31 July 2014.
