Shaping the Peace Programme: round table discussions
NICVA would like to invite you to participate in a round table discussion on Shaping the Peace Programme and Role of the voluntary and community sector.
Starting in May, NICVA will be facilitating a series of roundtable events with the main aim of encouraging discussion on the experiences of the voluntary and community sector in relation to the Peace programmes.
This will be framed in the context of a post conflict environment, with particular attention being given to the people and groups who have not experienced the peace dividend. It is hoped that through the discussion, the challenges for building peace in Northern Ireland will be highlighted whilst identifying examples of successes and good practice.
NICVA is delighted that Tony Macaulay will also be participating to set the context of Peace in Northern Ireland.
