Renting privately-The rights of tenants

Renting privately offers choice and flexibility for people who cannot buy their own homes or who cannot access social rented property due to high levels of demand.

This one day course will be held in Derry/Londonderry on the 19th May and Belfast on the 26 May

It will examine the key stages of a tenancy including:

    preparing to become a tenant,
    taking on a tenancy,
    rights and responsibilities,
    affordability and rates liability,
    ending the tenancy.
