Public Procurement and Innovation Survey
Do you believe that public procurement in Northern Ireland encourages innovation? Share your views by filling out a short survey.
Innovation is key to driving productivity and economic growth, as well as improving the quality and financial sustainability of public services. Although it is widely accepted that public procurement can help stimulate innovation (for example by requesting technologies, products or services that do not yet exist) the extent to which this actually happens in Northern Ireland is unclear. NICVA has commissioned a survey of businesses and voluntary and community groups to find out their views.
