Effective marketing is vital to the continued success of your volunteer programme. It's so much more than simply stating 'WE NEED VOLUNTEERS'. In today's world, people want to gain from the overall volunteer experience.

So what do you have to offer? What's the hook to get people interested in your organisation and your roles? What does research tell us volunteers want from their volunteering?

This course looks at having a worthwhile product (your volunteer roles) to promote, who to promote them to (your target audience) and how to do this (message and methods).

This is an interactive and upbeat session exploring what's great about your volunteer roles, but more importantly, it identifies and embraces the challenges each role can bring.
