Kinship Care NI launch 'Kin Together' Support Groups for Kinship Carers

Kinship Care NI have established new 'Kin Together' Support Groups for kinship carers and their children in Antrim, Cookstown and Magherafelt.

Kinship carers in the Antrim and Mid Ulster areas of Cookstown, Draperstown and Magherafelt have established support groups for other kinship carers living in the community.

Great opportunity for kinship carers to meet and develop friendships with other kinship carers from their area, share experiences and get involved in lots of fun activities, including opportunities for training and volunteering.

'Kin Together' Support Groups will meet once a month in Antrim, Cookstown and Magherafelt.  Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided and help towards the cost of travel will be met.  Children are also welcome.
