Have you a young person in your club or organisation that would benefit from a Tallships voyage?

Ocean Youth Trust Ireland will dedicate 14 spaces in total for young people from Northern Ireland and also 14 to young people from ROI.

The details for the youth exchange are:

Date: August 25th - September 4th (10 days at sea)

Voyage: Three city destinations. Dublin-Liverpool-Belfast

Participants: 28 Trainees aged 18-25 years (14 from R.O.I. and 14 from N.I.)

*Trainnees will take part in two Tall Ships Festivals.

If you feel you have a young person in your club or organisation that would benefit from a Tallships voyage then please contact [email protected] for an application form. Our partner agencies STIYD and Leargas wish the offer to be extended to Youth Based organisations across NI and we have been asked to nominate organisations that will find trainees that are most deserving of this amazing opportunity and who could benefit most from the experience. The nominating organisation will be expected to support the fundraising activities of their nominees. Trainees must raise £300 which will go toward the 10 day voyage. All nominations must send their completed application forms to Ocean Youth TrustIreland by Friday 27th July.

We wish to have all counties in NI represented on the vessel so we welcome applications from acrossNorthern Ireland.
