A Grand Day Out for Grandparents in Northern Ireland
There are over 14 million grandparents in the UK today and a growing number of grandparents raising their grandchildren. In recognition of the role grandparents play in the lives of their grandchildren Kinship Care NI are holding a 'Grandparents Day'
This year National Grandparents Day falls on Sunday 5th October 2014. To celebrate the role of grandparents in the care and upbringing of their grandchildren, Kinship Care NI are holding a series of events on Friday 3rd October 2014.
Lots of fun and goodies to give away as well as an opportunity to meet 'Kuddles' The Kinship Care Bear.
