Free training in Digital Skills for parents

Increasing parents are required to communicate with authorities by email, complete online forms and scan & attach encrypted documents to get support for their children in school. 

Improve your digital skills Including:

• Using the internet & online safety
• Carer's benefits and children's DLA
• The Special Educational Needs system
• Navigating the SEN system online & EA's website

Duration: The course will last ten weeks & sessions are 1.5hrs
