Free Benefit Entitlement Check for Voluntary Sector Employees

Advice NI through their innovative Top up Your Income Service is offering a free benefit entitlement check to all voluntary sector employees and their families.

The service is free, independent and confidential and is provided by trained and experienced professional advisers who will not only identify benefit entitlement but also other potential entitlements and support including tax and debt advice.

If any of your employees fit within the following categories then they could have an entitlement.

  • earning less than £16k per year and working less than 16 hours per week , including casual/agency  and migrant workers
  • nearing the end of a statutory sick pay period
  • nearing retirement age or in work beyond retirement
  • facing redundancy
  • on Maternity Pay
