Fancy Giving Your Employment Practices a Quick Spring Clean?
The Equality Commission invites you to a short Policy Review Clinic designed to help voluntary and community sector employers review their current employment practices.
In partnership with NICVA the Equality Commission will be hosting a free employment policy review clinic on the 30th April for voluntary sector employers seeking to benchmark their current practices against recommended equality best practice.
Participants will be provided with a succinct overview of best practice guidance promoting equality of opportunity in employment together with follow-up one to one support and assistance with reviewing or developing their organisation’s practices. Limited to ten places so early booking recommended.
