An exciting new phase within the regeneration of Inner South Belfast is about to take place
New office space in a completely new refurbished building are available to let at very comptitative rates will become available from 1st April 2013
The Cromac Regeneration Initiative directors have recently purchased an office building known locally as Coyles Place which is located on the interface between Donegall Pass, the Markets and the Lower Ormeau Road. The premises at present are being refurbished and will provide a much needed shared neutral space and resource for community organisations in the surrounding neighbourhoods. The project’s prime objectives include the promotion of mutual understanding and respect for the cultural traditions of others. The encouragement and support of good relations by building upon and improving established relationships between and within the three communities. Plus the breaking down of the barriers leading to harmonious relations and removal of the causes of sectarian tensions and will enhance engagement at various levels between the communities by creating an important facility that is currently lacking in the area.
