Community Facilitator Programme Recruitment Begins

The Women’s Resource and Development Agency are delighted to announce, the delivery of two Community Facilitator Programmes this year, due to commence in September 2012.  The Programmes will be delivered in Ballymena and Lisburn.

The programme is FREE and combines theory and practical activities to enable women to develop facilitation skills.  Upon successful completion of the Community Facilitator Programme, participants will receive a Level 3 Certificate in Learning & Development. 

The programme enables women to:

• Develop facilitation skills
• Gain a Level 3 Certificate in Learning & Development
• Deliver sessions in the community
• Enhance their employment opportunities
