Common Purpose are currently accepting applications for their Middle Manager Leadership course, Navigator which starts mid October. This will consist of approx 30 different individuals from different sectors and organisations.  It is a great opportunity for younger Leaders to broaden their network and develop more soft/influencing skills. The course is externally focused, participant led and looks at 'Leading beyond authority' as opposed to theoretical Managerial skills - especially important as the external environment requires us to look for different ways of doing things.
