Over the past twenty years OCN NI has positioned itself as the first choice Awarding Body for the Third Sector and we were proud to sponsor the best newcomer of the year at the CO3 Leadership Awards.  As a leading Awarding Body based in Northern Ireland, one of our objectives is to formally recognise the achievements of adults and young people, so it is very fitting that we sponsored this particular awards category. 

The Best Newcomer of the Year Award category recognised a leader who has made an outstanding contribution to their organisation, or the wider sector, during their short time in post.  Finalists in this category demonstrated outstanding passion, dedication and solid commitment to the Third Sector and the organisation they lead.  The Award was presented to Geri Hanna (Victim Support NI) by OCN NI’s CEO, Martin Flynn.
