CANS Mental and Physical Wellbeing Project is working in conjunction with Mental Health Well-being and Suicide Prevention ‘Take 5’ Steps to Wellbeing – Belfast area. ‘Supported by the Public Health Agency through the CLEAR Project.
Are you a member of minority ethnic community? Are you living in greater Belfast area, are you feeling lonely and isolated, or you need a wee bit of support? If yes, CANS Mental and Physical Wellbeing Project Weekend Telephone check-in calls is here to support you.
The aim of the project is to provide weekend telephone check-in calls to members of minority ethnic community in greater Belfast to help reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness and if required to signpost to other services.
